While RD&A currently offers Christian programs and presentations, those offerings will be ultimately assumed and delivered by
The Anchor Forge.

We seek to engage people of various walks of life in all aspects of the first-response and "helping" professions, offering insight, training, guidance and resources that may help mitigate the negative impact of stress and trauma.

Our focus is not on "preaching," but on offering a safe, confidential means of support and assistance to all first responders. While our approach to this mission certainly reflects the love and teachings of Jesus Christ, we seek to serve all first responders.

We seek to come alongside first responders who have been battered by the storms of the profession; to serve and support them as they attempt to reset anchors that have been loosened or lost.
